Operational Systems

MDT System Information

Our MDT Database, expertly developed by Sheriff A. Luschek, serves as a robust tool for managing essential information. It houses comprehensive employee records, detailed civilian profiles, civilian vehicle data, and supports key operations such as filing reports, issuing warrants, creating BOLOs, and much more.

Patrol Schedules

Patrol schedules are issued daily to ensure the smooth operation and coverage of all jurisdictions within our department. Deputies are expected to review their assigned shifts promptly and report 10-41 (on-duty) at the designated start time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we encourage all deputies to notify the Sheriff as early as possible if they are unable to report for their shift. Providing advanced notice allows us to make necessary adjustments and maintain optimal staffing levels to uphold public safety and service standards.

Our Main Platform

Discord serves as the primary platform for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), providing a centralized hub for communication, coordination, and community engagement. All official announcements, patrol schedules, training updates, and departmental resources are shared through our dedicated Discord server. Deputies are expected to remain active and responsive on Discord during their shifts to facilitate efficient communication with the Sheriff, supervisors, and fellow deputies. The platform also serves as a space for deputies to report incidents, access important documents, and participate in discussions that enhance teamwork and professionalism. Ensuring regular use of Discord is essential to staying informed and maintaining seamless operations within the BCSO.
